3. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. This may include providing a key, access code, or ensuring someone is home to let us in. We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments due to lack of access.

6. Liability and Insurance

Quick Hands Cleaning is insured for damages caused by our negligence. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages that are not directly caused by our cleaning services. We recommend that clients secure valuable or irreplaceable items before our arrival.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and removing any items that may obstruct the cleaning process. Please inform us of any specific instructions or concerns prior to the cleaning appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient cleaning service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to address any issues. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with the results.
